LEVEL 2

• Access to no wait COVID-19 PCR testing with 24 hour turnaround (Monday through Friday — restrictions apply)

• Includes 30 days of direct access to myWELLNESS® doctors for questions and guidance

• Free telemedicine visits for COVID-19

• Guidance for when and where to test

• Guidance for how long to quarantine

• Guidance for when to return to work

• Cost: $250

• Fee can be applied towards myWELLNESS® Membership
